How to Upload your Photos
please pick your package as each package is different
7 Minute Wonder Package
Make a folder on your desktop with your Child's Name
Inside this folder make NUMBERED (very important) organized folders (this is required) inside with the photos for each section
(PLEASE NOTE: THERE ARE NO RULES WITH HOW MANY SECTIONS YOU NEED, USE WHAT YOU NEED AND ADD ANY YOU NEED)
1 - Growing Up
2 - Siblings (USE A BETTER NAME)
3 - Family
4 - Extended Family
5 - Activities
6 - Friends
7 - Finale
etc.
Then inside these folders YOU MUST RENAME each photo in the order of appearance
Growing Up 001
Growing Up 002
Growing Up 003
etc.
PLEASE NOTE:
If you are including Videos, they MUST be in the Correct Section and in the correct order of appearance.
IN THIS MASTER FOLDER
INCLUDE YOUR:
LOGO WITH THE NAME OF THE FONT USED (ask your Designer)
Please note: ask your designer to supply a Logo with Transparent background as a .png for best results.
Your Song List (one song per section)
Our song list can be found here, but you do not have to use these recommendations; you can list your own songs as long as they are on youtube.

Make a 2nd folder inside the MAIN FOLDER NAMED
HYPE ENTRANCE VIDEO
Inside this folder place ALL of your Professional pre-shot photos of your child or at least 50 FUN AND ENERGETIC SHOTS.
Include your LOGO and ALL SWAG DESIGN ELEMENTS
Include the song of your choice you would like to use just for the Hype Entrance Video (should be upbeat and Energetic song)
At this point you are ready to send THE ENTIRE FOLDER IN ONE SHOT to:
DO NOT CLICK ON ANYTHING ON THE WETRANSFER WINDOW (ITS A DRAG AND DROP INTERFACE)
FIND YOUR MASTER FOLDER AND DRAG IT IN THE WINDOW, THE WINDOW WILL TURN BLUE, THEN LET GO THE MOUSE AND SEND
Notes:
please use your Highest resolution photos for best results
For iPhone Users
Your original hi-res photos can be found on your iCloud account - log into iCloud.com and download the files you are using
Please send your photos timely.
There are more parts to a Montage that IS NOT CONTROLLED by our company.
In our 40 years of experience:
* Your DJ usually requires the FINISHED and APPROVED Montage one week in advance and our Studio needs to give you a few days to REVIEW. This means the Studio needs to have your Review ready 10 days prior to your event Date for peace of mind.
* Families are too busy the week of the party and get extremely nervous if they do not have the Review in time.
